These turtles are a design my dad had painted on his landcruiser. When he died I knew I wanted to have this design tattooed on. I think about the adventures he enjoyed in Turtle 2.

This tattoo is in honour of my mother who has passed. A magpie was present at mum's outdoor funeral and when I see them I think of her. Mum grew many Grevillea plants in our garden and the birds loved hanging in them. I love Abbie's style and the ability she has to add depth and emotion to her pieces.

Inspired by my Rainbow Lorikeet with Rainbow Paddlepop tattoo by Abbie I wanted this one after a friend suggested it. It has a fun play on words considering it is a cockatoo with a gaytime. Another representation of who I am.

This tattoo was inspired by an Australian artist I admire. Abbie recreated it in her realistic style with permission we got from Aidan Howes Design, the artist behind the inspiration. For me this represents the colour in my personality and my love for ice cream.

This is a flash piece by an artist I love. The Tattooed Fae AKA Elli is a brilliant artist and I just loved this flash piece of hers. The flow of the plant and ripples of the water move me.
